NEEL TRIMARANS remains under a judicial recovery procedure decided by the Commercial Court of La Rochelle. This procedure aims to protect employees, secure industrial activities, and ensure the continuity of the company.
The deadline for submitting takeover proposals has now passed. Several proposals are currently under review by the court, and a decision is expected in the second half of March.
The company continues its efforts with its technical and financial partners to stabilize operations and guarantee the quality of its production.
