Une \u00e9tude approfondie.<\/h2>

Pour optimiser la structure des\u00a0NEEL-TRIMARANS<\/strong>, nous avons fait appel au cabinet\u00a0TENSYL<\/strong>\u00a0avec qui nous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 travaill\u00e9 sur la structure du\u00a0trimaran de course TRILOGIC<\/strong>.<\/p>

Tensyl s\u2019est fait une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 du calcul des structures de multicoque de course et de croisi\u00e8re en composite. L\u2019\u00e9chantillonnage<\/strong>\u00a0se d\u00e9termine en prenant les cas de chargement en mer qui sont\u00a0les plus critiques<\/strong>\u00a0pour la structure :\u00a0bateau rattrapant une vague \u00e0 haute vitesse<\/strong>\u00a0ou\u00a0navigation par mer de travers<\/strong>.<\/p>

Les programmes d\u2019analyses transmettent les informations utiles qui sont compar\u00e9es aux valeurs admissibles du cahier des charges. Les vues en couleur sont particuli\u00e8rement instructives pour d\u00e9terminer l\u2019\u00e9chantillonnage. L\u2019ensemble de la recherche vise \u00e0 d\u00e9finir pour chaque zone, les mat\u00e9riaux de construction et la quantit\u00e9 de mati\u00e8re les plus adapt\u00e9s,\u00a0dans le but d\u2019\u00e9liminer les poids inutiles<\/strong>\u00a0et d\u2019appliquer des\u00a0coefficients de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0adapt\u00e9s aux zones d\u2019effort.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Une construction optimis\u00e9e.<\/h2>

Les bateaux NEEL-TRIMARANS sont fabriqu\u00e9s avec les techniques et les mat\u00e9riaux les plus adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 leur utilisation, alliant\u00a0solidit\u00e9<\/strong>,\u00a0rigidit\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0et\u00a0gain de poids<\/strong>.<\/p>

  • Coque, flotteurs, ponts et roof sont fabriqu\u00e9s en sandwich\u00a0mousse\/pvc coll\u00e9s sous vide, fibre de verre\/r\u00e9sine polyester isophtalique<\/strong>.<\/li>
  • Les planch\u00e9s sont fabriqu\u00e9s en sandwich\u00a0nid d\u2019abeille pvc coll\u00e9 sous vide fibre de verre\/r\u00e9sine polyester isophtalique<\/strong>.<\/li>
  • Les fibres de verre sont stratifi\u00e9es selon un plan d\u2019\u00e9chantillonnage d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par\u00a0calcul de structure par \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis<\/strong>, s\u2019y ajoute notre exp\u00e9rience dans la construction de bateau de course et de croisi\u00e8re hauturi\u00e8re. Selon leur r\u00f4le dans la structure du trimaran, ces fibres de verre et leur nombre sont de type\u00a0unidirectionnel, bidirectionnel 0\u00b0\/90\u00b0<\/strong>\u00a0ou\u00a0bidirectionnel 45\u00b0\/45\u00b0, tafta, roving<\/strong>\u00a0ou\u00a0serg\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/li>
  • L\u2019isolation phonique et thermique ainsi que l\u2019insubmersibilit\u00e9 sont assur\u00e9es par l\u2019\u00e2me du stratifi\u00e9 sandwich en mousse PVC. Cette mousse \u00e0 cellule ferm\u00e9e est\u00a0parfaitement adapt\u00e9e au milieu marin<\/strong>, car tr\u00e8s peu sensible \u00e0 l\u2019humidit\u00e9.<\/li>
